Is there ever going to be a point of sale connected with AIME system. I am having to do duplicate work this way but would rather not give up the EPro book. Thanks!

Thank you for your post, in the next few months Coloseum Software Corp will be releasing many new products and a 'lite' POS is part of that roll out.

Would appreciate as much info as possible on this 'lite' POS as soon as available as we will be opening our new store and range in November, and need to know if it will be available by then and what capabilities it may/will/should have so I can wait or start looking for a different POS solution.

We are working hard to release the POS system, we do not rush this technology as its important for accuracy. We need to make sure the POS system is as strong as AIMI eBook Pro.

I am also waiting on pins and needles for the POS program. I am tired of haveing to "make do" with a program that is not designed for firearms.

| I have a request for the POS. My business is nearly all customers purchasing from the internet. That is, they buy it and I receive and transfer it to them locally. That being the case I would like an option to charge a transfer fee as opposed to the purchase price of the firearm. In addition, my state does not require a tax to transfer property so I would also need to make the transfer tax exempt. |

Thank you for your post and feedback, we have added options like these in the system. This is a TRUE firearms POS, build from a compliance background into the sale. If the features do not fit after release, simply lets us know as we release updates for it. Coming June 2010.

Hi there, any update on this? We're another retailer, not on AIMI yet, but would make more sense for us when it either integrates with our existing POS (ARS Solutions), or with a stand-alone POS that is robust and capable for other products as well (not just guns, as we're a full-line sporting goods retailer).
Thought I'd ask since we're into early July now-- not much past June 2010, but worth asking
