Returns to a dealer

99% of our sales are to dealers, however the return feature does not include dealers names in the "TO" drop-down field. Am I misiing something?

Thank you for your post, returns are always to a customer( warranty issue) as you are dealing with a FFL dealer it is always a transfer. Use the Transfer to transfer back to an other FFL dealer and if the FFL dealer is using AIMI eBook Pro you can send the files through eTransfer built into the system.
