Acquire mulitple firearms under same vendor

I usually have several firearms to acquire from the same vendor/date. How do I keep the vendor info along with date pull up for every aquisition I make as opposed to selecting those fields individually?

Thank you for your post. There are several new features that were added to AIMI eBook Pro that will allow you to enter multiple of the same firearms with Non-Consecutive Serial Numbers at one time. There is also the Consecutive Serial Number Feature as well.

The Clone Feature - When entering the same firearm with Non-Consecutive Serial Numbers you simply add the ATF required fields for the first firearm into your New Record Room, click on the "Save" button and click the "Clone" button. All firearm information except the serial number will stay on your screen allowing you to put the next serial number in and repeat until all firearms are entered.

The Quick Add Feature - When entering the same firearm with Non-Consecutive Serial Numbers you simply add the ATF required fields for the firearm into your New Record Room using the "Quick Add" button, choose how many serial numbers you would like to enter for this firearm, add serial numbers to the grid provided and click the "Save" button. All firearms have now been entered.

If you are entering different firearms that are acquired from the same dealer simply begin typing the dealers name. After each dealer has been entered one time into AIMI eBook Pro using the FFLCheck Feature the application will use auto-complete to find the dealer. If you start typing the first letters of the dealer name the auto-complete will complete the dealer name. Then simply touch your enter key and the dealer will be added to the firearm profile. Example: ABC FIREARMS - type ABC then touch enter.
