BATFE ASKING FOR DISPOSTION RECORD

The BATFE would like the A&D record of a particular firearm. How do I print it so I can fax it?
The closest thing I can find is: to do a "Search Listing" but that doesn't contain all info like the FFL number
from the store I received it from and also doesn't have the customer's address info?

Thank you for your post. There is a Sales / Issue Log Report that will show the sales history of a firearm and the information you are looking for.

To Print this Report:

• Go to the Reports Tab at the top of your AIMI eBook Pro Screen.
• Click on Sale/Issue Log.
• Choose the Serial Number/Inventory Number of the firearm.
• Click on Print Report.

This will give you a report of the firearm and the A&D history including the FFL#s.

The Sales issue log has complete info. on the acquisition but only a "Date Out" of the disposition.
Below the date out is the FFL # of the acquisition and no info. on the customer that I disposed it to as shown in the Boundbook Room.
Shouldn't the customer's name and address be there just like a paper boundbook?

Thank you for your post, all reports needed for your inspection can be printed from the Boundbook Room. Search for the reports and print out what is needed directly from the Boundbook.

Found it. Perform Search at the top of the Boundbook Room then click on printer, then click "Print checked item."
