The eKiosk e4473 on AIMIEBOOK.NET is Phase 1. The e4473 has been tested and used by dealers for the past 180 days with no errors before the release to the public.

All other links on AIMIEBOOK.NET will be opened up and released in Phases. We have not experience any errors or issues from our dealers using the e4473 product.

If you would like us to take a look at your system please contact us with your support ID and we can research the errors you are receiving.

Hi David,

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't believe the problems that I have experienced and detailed in my previous post have anything to do with my system. I just registered, and then tried to update my profile. I see at least one other user is having the same problem of being unable to update their profile.

I was a bit surprised by none of the links working, since the email notification that I received said that eKiosk had been "released." Does this mean that it is still in testing phase and should not be used by our customers?

Todd,

Check to make sure Java is updated with the latest updates on your system as the Security Policies are set to the highest levels and are very strict when changing profile information. Our engineers are looking into this issue on our end as we have only seen this one other time.

I will post any results when available.

The e4473 has been thoroughly tested and has been in use by dealers and customers throughout the US for the last 6 months before it's release on January 12, 2010.

The release of the eKiosk online 4473 (Phase 1) is the first of a series of new features and enhancements on AIMIEBOOK.NET. (Video, Radio, Forum, etc.) These links will be available upon their release. Please watch the forum for the release of these new exciting enhancements.
