Dealer info does not change during Disposition

I enter the serial#, add a new dealer, then save the dealer's info, that dealer appears on the dispose page but somewhere between that instant & me pressing SAVE/PRINT, the dealer changes to the one from the previous disposition. Of course I am catching this as I print out the receipt but does anyone else have this issue?
