ADD DEALER

I inputted the dealer's FFL number and clicked "Check FFL" The computer just keeps clicking every two seconds as though its trying to get to the internet. This hasn't happened for several months.
I went to "Admin Service", then "Component Services", then "Services (Local )" and tried to restart the three applications.
I even tried to reboot the computer and try again- still not working. Now what?

Thank you for your post, we tested locally and the system is working. Sometime the site it connects to is down. If you are not able to connect clear you Browser and try again.

The identical thing is happening to me. We checked and ATF EZ-Check is running fine. We even shut the computer down and started over - same thing. Just get the clicking sound.

There have been no changes in the software related to this feature. We were informed the connection was down from the other webiste and should be up later.

In Firefox I went to "Clear Recent History" and cleared everything.
Problem still exists.

Please try to set the default browser to IE and see if that makes a differance. Also it is not required to click on check FFL button to complete that field, enter the information in manually to bypass the check until the system is restored.

This is not a browser issue. I had the FFL eZ Check web site running while trying this again. The ATF site worked fine, but when I click "Check FFL" it sound like is is trying to connect with the continuing clicks and never does.

Thank you for your post, we found the issue and will be releasing an update in the next week to allow the check. A recent change to the ATF site has caused a timing issue. Please watch the forum for the update.
