4473 online

When any of my customers log in and hit the 4473 online, they are automatically taken to a "local" dealer in Arkansas. When we finally got it to accept a zip code, we typed in 38901 and it didn't find any other dealers except the one in Arkansas. I told them to go to aimiebook.net but did you say they could add a number to this link? Help!
