8/2/10 NICS Site update and Ebook

Hi there, guys. Just got this from the FBI regarding some new NICS site changes. Will these affect the integrated NICS functionality within Ebook Server?

On August 2, 2010, the following changes will take place within the NICS
Electronic Check (E-Check) system:

The Transaction Status Retrieval screen will be color-coded for all different types of transaction statuses.

FFL?s will have the ability to print the Delayed to Open message received on the third business day when the transaction status is not available.

The E-Check homepage will be modified to include links to the NICS statistical and program information and also to the ATF homepage.

As always, the NICS Section continually strives to meet the needs and provide the best service possible to its customers. Thank you for your post.

We are aware of the changes to the NICS Check System that will take place on August 2, 2010.

These changes will not affect the Built in NICS Check Feature in AIMI eBook Pro or change the way it completes the FBI NICS Check for our customers.
